April 2018

Happy to share that Fun A Day Dundee 2018 was a huge success, and this year it has really taken off! Highest numbers, and great response all round with many more saying they’ll be getting involved next year. I have enjoyed getting creative with the exhibition side this year, and have many ideas for the direction in which to take FADD over the next couple of years. Keeping it low key and open to anyone of course, as it’s all about that fun and getting creative in a personal and real way!

I also really enjoyed hanging all the creative projects that came in, FADD allows all kinds of work, and this can make hanging/displaying very interesting! I was really happy to see a whole range this year; textiles, sculpture, video, crochet, knitting, prints, photography, mixed craft, painting, drawing, collage, digital art, poetry, face paint, interactive art…etc!
